Inspired by the bourbon aging warehouses on Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail. The Rickhouse mantel is molded directly from a 7.5” x 7.5” old-growth timber to authentically reproduce its natural features including bark-edge waning, mortice & tenon joinery, deep checking, knots, saw marks, tooling marks, and beautiful wood-grain & end grains.
Lexington Hearth products are individually hand-cast and hand-painted products and will have minor variances in color, weight, and final dimensions.
Certified Non-Combustible ASTM E136 Standard Test Method for Behavior of Materials in a vertical tube furnace at 750 degrees Celsius.

The Rickouse Rustic Mantel is inspired by the bourbon aging warehouses on Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail. This beam mantel is molded directly from a 7.5” x 7.5” old-growth timber to authentically reproduce its natural features, including a sliver of live-edge bark, mortice & tenon joinery, deep checking, knots, saw marks, tooling marks, and beautiful wood grain & end grains.
This live-edge mantel faithfully captures the character of timber beams used in historic Kentucky buildings. With its natural wood-inspired texture and hand-painted finishes, the Rickhouse Noncombustible Mantel enhances a wide range of interiors, from cozy rustic homes to elegant modern spaces.
This timber beam mantel is recreated in our proprietary noncombustible Burncrete ™ casting formulation, using a hollow core design that makes it the safer and lighter option.

If you need a custom length for the Rickhouse Rustic Mantel, it can be made between 60” and 72”, or below 60” upon request. For lengths above 72 inches, an extension and decorative brackets can be used to achieve the desired size.
