Our Classic Mantel exemplifies the timeless style of a traditional wood beam mantel.  This sleek fireplace mantel presents a clean, tailored aesthetic enhanced by tasteful, nuanced details. The gloss finish mimics the look of a smooth sanded oak beam, which showcases the beauty of the natural wood grain across the mantel and coordinates with virtually any decorating style. The Classic beam mantel denotes a timeless elegance that never goes out of style.

FAUX WOOD:

Although our fireplace mantel shelves appear to be antique wood timbers and beams, they are actually made using our patented casting formulation. Every concrete mantel shelf is hand-cast, and hand-painted by incredible coloring artists to reproduce the natural patina and color nuances acquired with exposure to the elements over time. With every Lexington Hearth Mantel Shelf, you get the beauty of antique timbers, without the splinters. We call that “NATURE…Re-created!”

COLOR:

Mantel shelves are hand-painted and will have minor variances in color and highlights.

• Mahogany:

The Mahogany finish captures the deep, luxurious shades typical of fine Victorian-era woodwork. A deep reddish-brown base anchors the color, which is layered with warm chestnut mid-tones and subtle black shadows. Finished with soft amber highlights that catch the light and enhance the grain, this color exudes timeless warmth and understated luxury.

• Honey Oak:

The Honey Oak finish captures the sunlit warmth of freshly milled timber. A golden oak base is layered with soft amber and butterscotch tones that follow the natural grain, bringing depth and dimension to the surface. Light silver-white highlights accentuate the wood’s texture, adding a gentle sheen that shifts with the angle of the light.

• Walnut

The Walnut finish brings out the quiet complexity of natural hardwood. A rich brown base is layered with dark cocoa tones that blend into the lines of grain. Silver-grey highlights trace the wood’s texture, giving the surface a subtle shimmer and a sense of movement.

Our high-definition casting formulation is noncombustible and authentically replicates the rich wood grain & character details of antique timbers. Meets or exceeds ASTM E136 laboratory test standards for non-combustibility.

CENTER AIR-GAP CONSTRUCTION:

Reduces weight and minimizes heat transfer to the top of the mantel shelf.
