In a simpler time, horsepower came with a saddle, and hitching posts or rails kept horses tied and close. The clean lines of our Hitching Post Three-piece surround pays homage to that era of rugged simplicity.
This unique fireplace mantel set features deep weathered woodgrain, tool marks, nail holes, saw marks, checks & splits, and character knots, capturing the rustic charm of our Bluegrass past. This distinctive mantel combines rugged elegance with timeless style, enhancing a wide range of interiors, from rustic and traditional to contemporary and transitional.
This 3-piece beam mantel and surround is non-combustible, providing a simple yet stylish way to frame any traditional fireplace. Its beam mantel and side pieces showcase the rough-sawn charm of the sawmill, creating a striking focal point that elevates the character of any room.
The Hitching Post Rustic Mantel is modeled directly from three pieces of wood. The top rail has a cross section of 5.5” x 5.5” and is 78.5” long. The rail rests on two posts that each measure 5.25” deep x 5.5” wide and 56” tall. The posts can be trimmed down for lower openings using a diamond bladed saw.
